All deposits, fees, and art fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, we sincerely apologize.
We never pressure clients into services, so PLEASE make sure you are 100% sure you are committing to this.
Please also keep in mind that we reserve a time slot specifically for each of our clients; we understand accidents and urgencies happen, however, we require a 72 hour notice on all appointment reschedules or cancellations. Regardless of the situation, we must have this notice in order to try and get another appointment in. If we do not get this notice, your deposit will not be moved to a new appointment date and a new deposit must be paid in order to book; however IF you give us 72 hours or more, we will gladly move your deposit over. Deposits & art fees are good ONLY for 90 days after payment date. We can no longer hold for months. We sincerely apologize.
ALL appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee/ loss of deposit. If you choose to cancel, rather than reschedule (with less than 72 hours notice), please be prepared to pay a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of 50%-100% of the time we have you scheduled for. If you would like to book after cancelling - you will be responsible for paying the late cancel fee, and a new deposit.
COVID-19 tests are required for longer appointments, and must be taken within 24 hours of your appointment time. Home tests are acceptable, and preferred, as long as they are yours. Knowingly submitting an old test can disqualify you from keeping your appointment, and will include late cancel fees. Please keep in mind, this is our livelihood and we do not get sick leave; therefore - should we catch covid, the flu, or a cold, we can not work; and therefore can not make income.
Arriving later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment will result as a same day cancellation and will result in requiring 100% payment on the full appointment time and new deposit. Arriving unprepared for your appointment will result in a reschedule and a late reschedule / cancel fee; as we work by appointment and have appointments scheduled after your time slot.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments, based on a clients behavior and treatment of their artist, piercer, or other clients. We do not tolerate aggressive, rude, or irrational behavior, or name calling; and should any of our employees, artists, or clients feel uncomfortable, we will will ask you to leave, and you will still be held responsible for 100% of your appointment time.
However, we rarely have to dismiss clients, or ask them to leave. We understand that accidents happen, people have bad days. We love what we do, and strive to keep everyone in our studio happy, healthy, comfortable and safe; therefore all we ask for is respect, kindness, communication, and honesty. We can be flexible if you communicate with us completely!
