All deposits, fees, and art fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, we sincerely apologize.
We never pressure clients into services, so PLEASE make sure you are 100% sure you are committing to booking services with us.
Please keep in mind that we reserve a time slot specifically for each of our clients; we understand accidents and urgencies happen, however, we require a 72 hour notice on all appointment reschedule requests and cancellations and a 10 minute grace period to arrive for your tattoo appointment, otherwise we have to consider you a NO SHOW / LATE CANCELLATION, and additionally you are 100% responsible for the full time you have booked. We apologize, we have to be so incredibly strict.
Please note: sometimes we are happy to waive a late fee for severely serious requests - such as medical emergencies, illness, etc. IF WE AUTHORIZE A RESCHEDULE, THIS APPOINTMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE 72 HOUR POLICY AND MUST BE KEPT, OTHERWISE, ANY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE MADE ON THIS RESCHEDULE WILL BE SUBJECT TO 100% RESCHEDULE FEE.
IF YOU ARE SICK: Please text Clorae @ 425-743-4188 the very second you begin to feel sick. If this falls in the 72 hour period prior to your appointment, we will reschedule you only once without fees, and that rescheduled appointment may not be cancelled or rescheduled without paying 50%-100% of the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to request a doctor's note, an image of your flu/ covid test results, or other proof of illness.
Regardless of the situation, we must have this notice in order to try and get another appointment in. If we do not get this notice, your existing booking fee / deposit will not be moved to a new appointment date and a new deposit must be paid in order to book and you can be responsible for the late cancel/ reschedule fee, however IF you give us 72 hours or more, we will gladly move your deposit over. Deposits & art fees are good ONLY for 90 days after payment date without a pre-scheduled appointment.
ALL appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee/ loss of deposit. If you choose to cancel, rather than reschedule (with less than 72 hours notice), please be prepared to pay a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of 50%-100% of the time we have you scheduled for. If you would like to book after cancelling - you will be responsible for paying the late cancel fee, and a new deposit.
FLU/ COVID tests are required if you have been sick in the last 10 days. IF YOU ARE HEALTHY, NO TEST REQUIRED ANYMORE!
Arriving later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment will result as a same day cancellation and will result in 100% payment on the full appointment time and new deposit. Arriving unprepared for your appointment will result in a late reschedule / cancel fee; as we work by appointment and have appointments scheduled after your time slot.
We reserve the right to cancel an existing, upcoming, or current appointment based on a clients behavior and treatment of their artist, piercer, or other clients, in studio, via phone, online, email or text. We do not tolerate aggressive, rude, irrational behavior, or name calling; and should any of our employees, artists, or clients feel uncomfortable with your behavior, we will let you know that we are uncomfortable moving forward with your appointment, suggest a reschedule, and require you to pay 100% of the time you are booked for, and you will be asked to leave immediately after paying if you are being rude; however, if you pay for the time, your artist or piercer may allow you to reschedule, based on your behavior and willingness to cooperate.
We rarely have to dismiss clients, or ask them to leave. We understand that accidents happen, people have bad days and that sometimes everything is just going wrong "today". But please keep in mind that we do our best to make sure we are 100% PREPARED TO SEE YOU AND PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICES WE CAN! We love what we do, and strive to keep everyone in our studio happy, healthy, comfortable and safe; therefore all we ask for is respect, kindness, communication, and honesty. We can be flexible if you communicate with us completely!
